Terms and Conditions for Dabbawalas Kitchen:
Tiffin Service Discontinuation: Dabbawalas Kitchen reserves the right to discontinue the tiffin service of any customer for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, misconduct, or violation of terms.
Wallet Money Expiry: Any unused wallet money will expire if not utilized within 6 months from the date of credit.
Order Time and Cancellation: Orders must be placed and cancelled at least one day before 6 pm. Cancellations made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations Process
1) Log on to my Dabbawala's Kitchen account.
2) Go to Booking History & select date(s) for meal cancellation.
3) Amount of cancelled meal(s) to be refunded to your wallet.
4) Refunded wallet amount reusable for further orderings.
Booking History: Customers are advised to refer to the booking history tab on the website to check the exact dates and details of their booked orders.
Delivery Charges: The delivery charge for lunch box delivery in Mumbai is INR 38 per order.
Non-Delivery Days: Lunch delivery will not be available on Sundays, public holidays, during heavy rains, riots, natural disasters, or in the event of a strike by dabbawalas.
Delivery Time: Lunch boxes will be delivered between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during this time.
Delivery Location: If dabbawalas are not permitted to enter the building premises, the customer's meal will be dropped at the reception, security gate, or a designated common area.
Shipping Policy: We offer reliable and timely shipping for your convenience. Orders will be dispatched within every day before 1.30 pm. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We ensure proper packaging to maintain the quality and freshness of our products. In case of any delays or issues, our customer support team will assist you promptly.
Refund Policy: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you're dissatisfied with your order from Dabbawalas Kitchen, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please provide order details and reason for refund request.
